A native of Frederick, Chris Kline has been involved exclusively in the commercial real estate field since 1979. Chris' expertise is focused primarily on the sale of industrial facilities, office space and commercial and industrial land. His insight into the real estate market and his property analysis skills are widely respected in the marketplace. Over the years, his significant involvement in Frederick’s growing professional community has rewarded him with valuable and enduring relationships throughout the area.
Ed Scott has been working in the commercial real estate industry in Frederick since 1982, selling, leasing and developing commercial and industrial property. His familiarity with land and development issues is unmatched in this market. Ed has extensive knowledge of the regulatory processes in Maryland, as well as “hard cost” knowledge of the development process. His talents are invaluable in the negotiating process on behalf of our clients.
Maribeth Visco joined Chris and Ed in 1986, working primarily in commercial and industrial sales and leasing, build-to-suits and tenant representation. She is thoroughly familiar with the day-to-day details of the business needs of the commercial and industrial user. Active in the real estate community, Maribeth networks continuously with regional brokers, encouraging them to bring their clients and customers to Frederick County. Maribeth and her partners have created numerous projects in the marketplace by matching tenants with investors and developers for build-to-suit projects.
